It is a privilege to recommend Clark Associates Engineers. We have had many opportunities to work with them over the years. On both private developments and public works projects they have proven to have designs that work without a lot of field modification. Much of the rehabilitation work we have done with them has been in older parts of communities where things are extremely tight and there are not always good records of existing conditions, so sometimes things do have to be worked out during construction. In these cases they are always very responsive and attentive and get us moving forward quickly. The attention to detail and being creative in tough situations create projects that flow smoothly from start to finish. I am always excited when I win a bid on a project they have designed.
