A majority of our clients are public entities with limited funding and short timelines. In order to complete the necessary work within the client’s allotted time, it is necessary for Clark & Fuller to have construction documents completed and out for bid on a tight time schedule. By having a full array of design professionals in-house and fluid communication within the design team, conflicts are quickly resolved, and project delays are eliminated.
We believe the project is not complete until the owner is occupying and using the facility. We believe in total construction support throughout the project to address contractor questions and client concerns. This support is essential to a successful, on-time project.
